Andreas Fink, founded Global Networks Switzerland AG and
Executing Officer and is considered one of the foremost
telecommunications network expert in the world today. Mr.
Fink originally developed SMSRelay which was brought into Global Networks Switzerland AG.
Prior to such time he was employed by Cisco Systems as an expert
engineer for signaling (SS7, Q.931, H.323). Early 1990's he founded the
company, Ping Net GmbH, which was acquired by World Online International
in 2000. Mr. Fink is responsible for the operational and technical direction of an
organization and assuring the Company will remain a leader in the field. |

Aarno Syvänen who has a Masters Degree Science in Theoretical Physics
from The University of Helsinki. Mr. Syvänen was one of the core
developers of the open source software "Kannel", a WAP and SMS gateway
originally developed by WapIT. Arno later worked for Wiral, a leading
Finnish mobile services applications company. He joined to the Company
to increase our task force around multimedia messages (MMS). Global
Networks, Inc. plans to offer multimedia messaging services to its
customers in 2003.

Fabio Lahr Earned his Bachelor Computer Sciences from Anglia Polytechnic
University, Cambridge, England. Where he lived and worked for 11 years
for branding and design consultancies. He has 7 years of experience as an
IT consultant and web developer. For IDG publications and Editora Abril
respectively. He was responsible for the design and development of the 1st
Brazilian Internet portal Brasil Online, an Abril Group product that is
today referred to as Universo Online (www.uol.com.br), the largest
content portal in Brazil. Fabi is representing Global Networks in Brasil.

Sakri Viklund, 35, is an 18-year-veteran of mass communications. He has
worked as print editor and broadcast journalist in his native Finland. In the
USA and Canada he has held several managing positions at nationwide and
international publications. During these years he has been in contact
with several political leaders and industry key-people worldwide.
Recent, years Mr. Viklund has specialized in corporate communications.
He has his network offices in Sweden, Canada, Argentina and Finland. |
